    Are there any diet restrictions?

    No, there are no diet restrictions. This is one of the main advantages of Invisalign® invisible aligners: you can align your teeth without any restriction or change in your lifestyle.

    How long does treatment with Invisalign® take?

    It depends on the clinical case. On average, treatment lasts 12 to 18 months, but you will begin to see results within the first few weeks. After evaluation, our Dental Doctor will accurately determine your treatment time.

    How often should I change the aligners? Do I always have to go to the office?

    No. As a rule, Invisalign® clear aligners are changed every 1 to 2 weeks.

    But you don't have to come to the office every time you change your aligners: When you leave your first appointment, you take your first numbered aligners with you, in the order in which they are worn. The visit to the dentist should only take place every 4 to 6 weeks.

    How many hours a day should I wear Invisalign®?

    Between 20 to 22 hours. To ensure faster and more effective results, you should only remove your aligners to eat and to do your daily oral hygiene.

    Will I feel pain?

    No. The Invisalign® treatment is completely painless. What you may feel is a little pressure in the first few weeks of wearing it, but that's a good sign: it means that your Invisalign® clear aligners are working and transforming your smile.
